Nail Salon Policy
- Men’s Pedicures (Same Pricing) Pedicures for men are priced the same as for women. All pedicures include regular nail polish. If you choose not to have polish applied, you will still be charged the same price.
- Callus Removal Tools (No Credo Blades/Cheese Graters) The Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology prohibits the use of credo blades or cheese graters to remove multiple layers of callus.
- Ingrown Toenails Our pedicures do not include ingrown toenail removal.
- Epsom Salt Use We use Epsom salt in most pedicures to help soften thick calluses, reduce foot odor, promote stress reduction, support better sleep, and encourage muscle relaxation and recovery.
- Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- 7-Day Warranty (Full Sets / Gel Manicure / Gel Pedicure) We offer a 7-day warranty for full sets, gel manicures, and gel pedicures. If a repair is needed under warranty, you must return to the salon within 7 days of the service. No exceptions.
- Health Conditions (Including Diabetes) Any health issue—including diabetes—must be disclosed and addressed prior to receiving service.
- Refund Policy & Resolution Process We do not issue refunds for any services. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues using our best professional abilities. If you are not satisfied, please notify the shop owner or manager.
- Pricing Confirmation Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the price with your nail technician before services are performed.
- Personal Belongings You are fully responsible for your belongings during your visit.
- Damage to Salon Property If you damage any property belonging to the salon, you may be required to compensate for the damage.
- Children on Premises If you bring children with you, please ensure that they are always supervised.
- Complimentary Beverage: Each customer is entitled to One Free Drink.
- Eligible Service: Alcohol is available ONLY for customers receiving spa pedicures, gel manicures, full-sets, and refills.
